We're getting there little by little. There's that one video of that woman in the seat talking to us, and then afterwards it's revealed that she's actually a CG mock up of the same person. It's very very (very) impressive... but once you take the time to analyze it, there's definitely some hints of the Valley popping in (I first saw "it" in her mouth area).
I mean, we're still focusing on the face when it comes to reaching the other side of the valley... there's still the rest of the body to deal with. 
So keep going CGI, keep fighting with the spirit of vigor and truth! I need you... nay... the world needs you!
