I think the use of the word "ever" should only be allowed when the word "I" and "play" are involved in there too.
Allowable: Uncharted 2 is the best game that I have ever played. (See the I, play and ever?)
Not allowable: Carnival Games is the best game ever (though, that isn't just because of the missing I and play... :P)
