Any link to MH being more popular and selling more as a series in EU than US? (I looked in vgchartz and didn't see any indication in the numbers).
My take is that US is getting the demo because that is a Capcom marketing strategy and EU is getting the special bundles because that is a Nintendo marketing strategy. (Capcom is the publisher in the US, Nintendo in EU).
