I wish there was just a complete redesign to the game.
IMO the gameplay and story is stale and brittle. Same old same old.
Why not start as an elite 4 member whose country is invaded by another and they have all these crazy poke types... similar to the invasions of europe by the far eastern powers who had strange technology like missile launchers and harnessed elephants. Perhaps some trainers are also super intelligent emancipated pokemon.
And maybe a demon/angel based poketype.
cmon guys try to spruce it up a little.
EDIT: also, you better fucking remove poffins, and any other Multiplayer bullshit that cannot be acheived by single-player only gaming. I don't have many friends who still play pokemon with the kind of hardcore ferocity that I do, so stop embarassing me.
