At least the Canton guy is honest about it. This is all about money, not safety. They need money and they are going to do what it takes to get it. Never mind that it actually decreases safety to have too-low limits because speed difference is a bigger factor than overall speed. Never mind that distracted driving (idiots texting and dialing the phone) causes 80 percent of accidents.
