We shipped 300,000 units, sold through half of those and now it’s at the point where it’s selling consistently at a time when Wii sales are generally depressed in the marketplace. So what does that tell you? We still kind of don’t know."
And that was a couple months or less after launch, so the game has clearly made even more money by now. Although I can understand stof's point. It just doesn't apply here.
I remember loads of expensive looking games on the PS2 that sold a few hundred thousand, but they were still considered successes. |
It sold 160k after exactly one month (Others release came on the Americas 3rd week)

According to a February 4th interview IGN had with their CEO, they had it at over 350,000 sold - http://wii.ign.com/articles/106/1066623p1.html - "Kerry: We are extremely proud of the sales for The Conduit, with over 350,000 copies sold ..."

If you mean feb of this year, we mean the comment shortly after the game launched. I think it came out in June, but I can't be sure.

Yes sorry, I meant February 4th 2010. The Conduit came out June 23rd (2009) in the US, July 10th in EU. My comment was not meant as a contradiction of yours but as additional information.
