According to a February 4th interview IGN had with their CEO, they had it at over 350,000 sold - http://wii.ign.com/articles/106/1066623p1.html - "Kerry: We are extremely proud of the sales for The Conduit, with over 350,000 copies sold ..."

If you mean feb of this year, we mean the comment shortly after the game launched. I think it came out in June, but I can't be sure.
