But moreso I don't think they were lazy at all, it's been in development for ages, I just think they focussed a lot of energy on things that don't add to the game at all, like cut scenes and a really annoying QTE sequence. Honestly in spite of some of the bad design decisions I'm having a blast just moving from swordfight to swordfight. |
I am having fun with the sword play too but thats about it and there is so much more in this game that could have been used to enhance the gameplay.
Of course they were lazy when they bother with hit&collision detections at some places but not others they focused on other things instead of imroving those.
Just because we can have fun with the game it doesnt excuse the massive errors in it and expecting to sell as an AAA game or saying they put AAA effort in this game when obviously they didnt and u cant deny that it isnt obvious that this game clearly shows that it is done by a less skilled team then the their normal efforts wich also explains the long development time and the ammount of flaws in the game despite that long development time. If they had put any of their regular teams on this there wouldn have been so massive flaws.
