ROF is clearly a very niche title, and releasing so close to FF isn't helping it in the short term. I'm pretty sure it will sell to its target audience over the next few months and will crawl to a few hundred k.
I'm more surprised about Red Steel 2: I actually saw several ads for it on MTV, whereas I only saw one for FFXIII at launch and one today (first time I saw one with the PS3 logo instead of the 360)...
