it's not going to too expensive very soon:
right now you can get 1080p HD 3D 55'" for less than $3,000
and the CE electronic companies have just started to ramp up production on 22", and 36" 3D ready TV's with glasses that would be less than $800.00
it's going to be a real drive forward for 3d adoption very fast because of how well 3D movies are doing in the theatre's.
