I wonder what else Microsoft bought from Midway?

I'm wondering the same thing. Does anyone know a list of the IP that Midway owned before the warner Bros buyout?

Warner Bros. has contacted the United States Patent and Trademark Office to transfer proprietorship of the following Midway trademarks

Blitz Overtime
The Hour of Victory
San Francisco Rush 2049
San Francisco Rush: The Rock Alcatraz Edition
Badlands
Fireblade
Roadblasters
Joust
Defender
Robotron 2084
Sinistar
Hard Drivin’
Wheelman
Game Party
Touchmaster

Thanks!

Wonder how many of them Microsoft got their hand's on :D

I'm thinking they got the whole Thunder franchise... because Hyrdo was just one of a few... Artic Thunder was another... to bad that Rush wasn't one... it would be awesome to get Rush on Live... but there are an ass ton of other titles... they held partial rights to Killer Intict as well and what about The Suffering?  Those games were awesome and Ready 2 Rumble... what about Cruis'n?  Freaky Fliers dude... with Live MP... ther is Psi-OPs to

The Killer Instinct games do not say Midway in them and they were developed by Rare. I think Midway just produced the Arcade hardware. Also, Perfect Dark Zero has bots named after Killer Instinct characters. All that leads me to believe Rare does own the IP.

Crusin on the other hand was developed by Midway but Nintendo apparently had part ownership. I'm just gonna assume Nintendo owns it now.

Michael Buffer owns the Ready 2 Rumble franchise. Midway had nothing to do with the last game and it was published by Atari. Although, I think Midway did own the original Ready 2 Rumble characters.
