I want to say I got my 60GB at launch (NA), but it might have been a couple months later.
Anyway, it worked fine for a year or so, and then my dad knocked it off its table about 2 1/2 feet onto a tile floor, which popped off the lid breaking the warranty. It seemed like that was all that happened for a while, but after a few more months I discovered a problem which I honestly don't quite recall, which was annoying but didn't make it unplayable. Maybe it was something like the HDMI port didn't work anymore (which I wasn't using at the time).
Eventually (lots of procrastination, and I was playing it all this time so obviously it wasn't too bad a problem), I got it repaired (read: replaced?) and no problems with the replacement, also 60GB, ever since.

My advice to fanboys: Brag about stuff that's true, not about stuff that's false. Predict stuff that's likely, not stuff that's unlikely. You will be happier, and we will be happier.
