I personally am not. My argument is that the reason for it is a combination of being top-down, having an atypical style to the realistic style of the 3D games, and having a feel that doesn't fit the action/mayhem that made the series a top-tier franchise.

That isn't what you think it is. Flop is defined by losing money, not by relative sales. Too Human is a flop, but we know how much that game cost to make.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
