I thought I saw 360 at 999 at some point last year.  Not sure when or even if its true but I remember people getting a few giggles because it needed just 1 more.

I decided to look, couldn't find a 999, so not sure what I was smoking but I did find that on 9/7/08 the 260 sold 951 units in Japan.  Looks like the lowest.  Unless someone can find one lower.
