I don't believe that. Most DS games only use up 32-128 MB (the latter for the really hefty ones), and recently, I believe some even went as high as 256 MB. But a GB seems incredibly unlikely, let alone several GB's. Most Wii games don't even need that much.
The cost of that would be too high as well, imo.
