I'm loving the game and will admit that the controls are phenomenal and would be great for online co-op or competitive modes. However I don't feel that I wasted my money or that Red Steel 2 is a 'bad' game because it doesn't have MP.
To be honest, I think this really sets the bar for all First Person Shooter Slasher games going forward. Now they all have a game to look up to and use as a base for this new sub genre. Red Steel 3 will have a full featured online mode and will come out for the Wii and PS3 as well. So have no fear, this is just the beginning :)
