Ah, ok. But like I said before in another post, I wouldn't exactly call Madworld a bomb anyway. There's still the whole Bayonetta on PS3 doesn't work properly (trust me I bought it and it was near unplayable). My whole point in my first post, is that in regard's to high quality titles with great marketing campaigns behind them, none of the HD game's have actually bombed to the same extent that Dead Space: Extraction and No More Heroes 2. Anyway, I pretty much derailed the thread with my Off Topic banter, I'll just say that Third Party's need to kick it into gear in regard's to pushing their quality titles and Nintendo need's to stop advertising the Wii like their Hasbro or something |
Oh, I don't really disagree with you there... but what you and I consider a "bomb" and what the industry press/media/analysts consider a "bomb" seems to be pretty far apart, and highly platform dependent. It just seems to me when a Wii game puts up low or modest numbers it's the platform at fault, when the same happens with a HD game the excuses start to fly, the developer/publisher takes the blame, or it just goes unmentioned entirely. :/
