Possibly Tales of Vesperia if the PS3 version comes over to the west (The PS3 version + the Xbox 360 version has done over 800,000).

Oh, you mean just between those games? If so, then I'll go with Valkyria Chronicles. Last time I checked, it still selling pretty well. Or has that changed?
