Hopefully it'll be more like the DSi game that already came out (linked above) but with more gameplay based enhancements. In other words, Nintendo has actually found a way to tie '3D graphics' to the gameplay. And not just make it a simple graphical enhacement of the graphics.
And knowing Nintendo, this is probably what they'll do. If I was to imagine a simple way to alter a '3D effect' to improve gameplay, especially with a touch screen, it would be such things as the 3D image being altered based on where you touch the screen and based on pressure sensitivity. Or a 3D image on the screen moving based on your field of vision. In other words, that '3D effect' will just be a 'third addition' to the gameplay where touch and normal controls were originally two imput controls.
