Nope. No disc slot at all. It's pretty obviously going to be using flash memory as the storage medium, especially since it's DS/DSi backwards compatible.
The technology exists now to make those flash memory cards upwards of 128GB. Now, Nintendo won't do THAT much, but I expect they'll make it compatible with 1GB (MAYBE 2GB) from the start, and they'll upgrade through to 4GB (MAYBE 8GB) by the end of the generation.
