It's not my kid fortunately. She started talking about maybe being pregnant last night, and I said that I wasn't ready for something like that and that if she was pregnant, she should find someone who is, and she took a test today. So she knew it's not going to be anything now, and if we had gone to the movies today as planned, I would have given her a real goodbye, but we're not going. She agreed to meet up and end it properly another day though, which is a real relief to me, at least we can both get closure that way.
I didn't know if there was ever going to be a relationship, but I know that this is for the better for both of us, so I'll get over it.
