You are assuming that the Vitality Sensor will be heartrate monitor that could work on your wrist. The information given about the device so far is that it is not a heart rate meter, but a device that meassures the amount of blood in your finger by shining a light through it. This is quite different. It will obviously be able to tell your heart rate, but also a lot more. For example, they have already said they are able to register the amount of oxygen in the blood. This is all from the last E3 if I remeber correctly. Who kows what else they have in store.
