Or can it be the electrical conductivity of any part of your body?
I like the idea of a variation of the nunchuck that recieves biometric data but also offers some new input possibilities as well. It could be kind of ball shaped with five pressue sensitive buttons, one for each digit so that it could measure your grip or demand for all sorts of button combinations. It could be anything really.
