Well, the only person who said they were wrong also said the same of VGC.  Again, please consider the source...

The guy said a leak about his own numbers were wrong. Which is totally different than him outright saying VGC numbers are wrong...

Because its impossible to think that VC & DS have actually sold as well as they have!!

It's at all not impossible.  It's just... well... pretty unlikely.  More for Valkyria though, I think Demon's Souls is much more likely to be closer to VGC totals and if not will likely hit those sorts of figures anyway in time.
