Dude. Publisher!=Developer.

Sony more or less contribute heavily to their first party published games developed by second parties... Their ICE team helps these devs...So its OK to call these guys "Sony devs"..

But their games are not developed by Sony, and it's the games that are which are being discussed here. Gears of War wasn't made by Microsoft, just like Heavy Rain wasn't made by Sony, and that's the way things are.
