God I used to LOVE Pokemon Yellow and Silver. I got my friend to trade me a dratini and I trained him all the way to a level 99 Dragonite in yellow. He was awesome because he was non-elemental and therefor could be taught nearly any elemental super move. Then another of my friend's duped him of me by yanking out the transfer cable :(
Ho-Oh never really interested me yet I still chucked around 80 ultra balls at him to catch him. I stupidly used my Master Ball on a lvl 40 Lugia, who is so much more awesome then Ho-Oh :)
Ash saw Ho-Oh (early design) in the very first episode of the TV show I believe. Was year's ago.
I stopped following Pokemon before they bought out the next generation after #251.
I started playing more & more consoles games on the Gamecube (Skies of Arcadia Legends, Starfox Adventures, Mario Sunshine, Metroid Prime etc) & the Xbox, mostly Halo during 2002-2003.
Damn I need to find and re-purchase these Gamecube games again. I still have my old Gamecube (and a Wii).
Unfortunately it will look awful on my HDTV. I'd rather play on a SD TV.
