A Spanish reliable magazine called Playmania published a tiny article where they claimed that Demon's Soul is coming to Spain... in Spanish!! I think we can safely assume that, at least, Demons's Soul will be coming to Europe. They already have the English texts, so a UK release is a safe bet IMHO.
