I don't think I've ever seen Nintendo go crazy about anything aisde from misuse of their brands like Pokemon and Mario. SOmething like the competition trying to use motion devices is fully expected from them and they even predicted it when they unveiled the Wii (and everyone was still claiming the Wii was going to 'kill' Nintendo).
This is the company who has practically settled every lawsuit ever filed against them out of court.
