If they mean "best" by reviews (not that I agree with reveiws, just trying to surmise what they are hinting at), then looking at Metacritic we have:

* Chinatown Wars: Since it's still sold nearly a million copies, a sequel is likely.

* Flipnote Studio: Not sure, since I think that's a recent game for getting a sequel.

* Chrono Trigger: Oh, be still my heart. Heck, even if it's a port of Chrono Cross I won't mind that much.

* Mario Kart DS: Would break their one MK a system pattern, but who knows.

* Mario And Luigi: That would be the third M&L game on the DS, and Nintendo doesn't seem to be in that much of a milking mode unless there's "Pokemon" in the name.

* Zelda Phantom Hourglass: Since we already have one, I think we can say this isn't it.

* Advance Wars: Another third game, so another I'm calling not likely (just not impossible).

* Jump Ultimate Stars: Since this is an English language magazine, and the first is just in Japan, there isn't news of it in Japan, I'm calling this unlikely as well.

* Castelvania Dawn of Sorrow: This would be the fourth on the DS, so another unlikely.

* New Super Mario Bros: Perhaps, considering Iwata has stated the 2D series should still be made.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
