When I get Pokemon Heart Gold (I am in the PAL region) I will choose Totodile. My team will always consist of either Grass or Water starters. I do not consider Chikorita as a flawed Pokemon, it is just that prefer Totodile. After several days of deciding, I would classify Totodile as my favourite starter Pokemon. I like all the starter Pokemon, but like some more than others.
