I never shake my console, I don't even move it. I don't use GC controllers on my Wii. And believe me, I'm very careful at putting the disks... And my games are scratched... Those are minor scratches, but I had problems a couple of times because of them, like the music of RE4 repeating, and I had an error message a couple of times that wouldn't go, and wouldn't let my turn of the console... (I had t unplug it to turn it off...). The scratches are circular and in the most external part of the disk... Don't know if it's my console or Wiis in general :(
