And the 4x scope, does it compensate recoil??? (Akdov u made it sound like it does)
And what is UMP and LMG? |
Iron sights is when you take aim without a red dot sight, and you use that aim-thingie built onto the gun.
And I don't remember what UMP is, but LMG is light machinegun, which is what medics use by default.
That's about as helpful as I can be

Ok. I have tried around with those but i dont know what works best. Red dot doesnt seem to help me much. Not the 4x either.
Actually whatever I use my shots seldom hit. I just plain suck. :/

Did you get the Accuracy specializations? Those really help, as it reduces recoil by A LOT. I tried the UMP+Red Dot without the Accuracy vs UMP-Red Dot (ironsight) with Accuracy and wow, what a difference.
I use Accuracy plus for Medic, Assault, and Engineer infact. The only class I don't use is Recon with my SVU 4x Scope Magnum Ammo, as that doesn't need any more accuracy.

You're using so many terms that are confusing to me lol. Accurazy specializations? Arent those 'red dot' and '4x'?
What is UMP?
"UMP+Red Dot without the Accuracy vs UMP-Red Dot (ironsight) with Accuracy" - ??? Im lost.
"Accuracy plus for Medic, Assault, and Engineer infact" - huh? What is "Accuracy plus"?

Try having a look at this site. http://battlefieldbadass.com
It lists all weapons/unlocks. In the case of your example you say "I'm lost" http://battlefieldbadass.com/equipment/engineer/
UMP is the UMP-45, the last gun you unlock as engineer. Red Dot is the red dot scope you can unlock for the spec 1 slot. Ironsights are a gun without any added scope, you just look down the default barrel of the gun. Accuracy plus he means "Marksmen SMG Training", the symbol has a plus next the gun, its a spec 2 unlock.
Every class has a similar upgrade except Recon who don't need it. It reduces recoil.
edit: In the case of shotguns, the + symbol reflects extra ammo in the gun barrel, so instead of for example 4 shots before a reload its 8.

Ok thanks. That gun "+" icon thing, it's an upgrade i have to actively choose from a drop-down list within the game, right? Is it a column to the far right? ( next furthest, left from the vehicle-upgrades menu?)
