If you already have a 360, then getting a PS3 over the Wii is pretty pointless. The PS3 has good games, but all of the 90+ rated ones are on the 360 as well, while the Wii has three 90+ exclusives. Obviously you should take into account what genres you like, as the Wii owns platforming, lightgun and party games, but has very few online shooters, as well as your budget. There are a number of exclusives on the way to the PS3 that might make it worth buying just for them, but none of the current ones, and not at this price.
A lot of 360 exclusives appear on the PC eventually, so PC/PS3(/Wii) is a good combination as well, but you have a 360 already and gaming PCs cost a lot.
