Wow, it looks as if 3rd party developers probably love the 360! Eye opening to say the least!

Keep in mind... 360 had a head start.

How exactly does this matter?  The 360's third party performance is astounding no matter.  Its nearly equal to that of the PS3 and th Wii combined.

It is astounding for certain publishers.

Really, it's best to look at games individually.  For example, Ubisoft probably favors 360, given the success of Splinter Cell on Xbox and the fact that Assassin's Creed II sold a bit better on 360 (though it's showing stronger legs on ps3).  On the other hand, I'm sure SE is quite happy with ps3, given the performance of FFXIII, while Sega is doing great on Wii with the success of the Mario & Sonic series.  They're also doing pretty good on ps3 as well, given the success of the Yakuza games and titles like Resonance of Fate and Bayonetta performing better on ps3.  A company like Activision probably favors the Wii for titles like Guitar Hero and 360 for games like Call of Duty.  Then there's EA, who's doing great on all three platforms, given the success of Madden on 360, Fifa and Dante's Inferno on ps3, and EA Active on Wii.
