GT5 should certainly have some impact, though i'll agree that God of War III's sales impact is likely to be on a similar level to something like Other M. It is a system seller, but in no real way that matters.
System sellers are a small, elusive crop. A great game, and even a great game that's bound to get good-to-great sales, does not a system seller make.
