You might have a point, but your reason number 3 offends me. 

Don't ever compare the Conduit to GoldenEye.

Personally I'd say that even Wolfenstein 3D is better than GoldenEye, as I HATE GoldenEye, but to each their own.

 

OT: I never played the Conduit and never will, but look at what Red Steel did. There's always hope.
