Music lawsuits are just much harder to do.
There's just so much music in this world. There are probably billions of songs that you haven't heard before.
Directly referring to this comparison, I've heard many songs that sound like both of them. Almost any song that has a combination of strings and chimes sounds something like this. Also the way the music progresses is different enough in the second song.
