The whole "Its a button basher" theme pisses me off, the combat system is deeper than that, just takes a while to understand everything.

So youve shown one video of someone playing the game in that way and that means it should be? Congratulations. That guy is using about 2% of the combat in the game.

Yeah, that's me playing and showing that you can get through the demo at least pressing only those two buttons and not looking at the screen.

You never have to look at the screen. You never have to move the control sticks. You never have to defend. You never have to do combos. The game does everything for you. A game with deep combat mechanics doesn't let you do all that (or I guess not do all that) and be decent at the game.

Youre missing the point, because youve easily exploited the combat system doesnt make it any less in depth. Games like final fantasy have tricks to allow you to level up easily, but it doesnt mean the levelling system is any less complex or deep because youve exploited it.

HS CAN be played as button basher, but my original point was I felt annoyed at how many people saw it as that and nothing more, when in fact if you took the time to explore the combat system its a lot deeper than people realise.

No, you're missing the point. I could play the game and learn the deep system but why bother when I can randomly mash two buttons and let the game play for me? I don't disagree that the game has many stances and all that jazz, but it doesn't change the fact you can randomly mash two buttons and the game plays itself.

So you can sit there and tell me all day that the game is deep and get angry when people say that they can whiz through it by mashing buttons but I simply made that video to prove that those people weren't lying.

So go ahead and make your silly FF comparisons, that doesn't change the fact that Heavenly Sword is a simple button masher that tried to be more.

Play on a bigger T.V

That's a 40" TV and that's plenty big enough for me.
