For my part, i understand the outrage, especially if this is referring to that "beg for mercy" thread from yesterday. The tone of some of that thread was definitely wrong, though i fully support the airing of Sony's hypocrisy for all to see
Part of the problem right here is blaming this on "Nintendo fans," when it's really just a few individuals. The other half of the problem was that individuals were taking the argument too far in either direction. Sony was perfectly natural to be as hypocritical as they have been, considering we're talking about the words from PR mouthpieces who will make any case that the real company planners tell them they have to make, so its a bit irresponsible of people to try and be all "what now, Sony" but i think it was equally irresponsible of others to come out of the woodwork with these ridiculous arguments revolving around R&D expos of Sony technology from the past
