I think it will be. It'll probably hit $349, if not even lower, before the end of next year, and the SIXAXIS will almost certainly be removed in favor of the DualShock 3 in subsequent bundles. I think it goes without saying that the current 40Gb SpiderMan 3 bundle has a limited shelf life.
Sony has to hit $299 at some point. That's the magic pricepoint that would precipitate a huge upswing in PS3 sales.
