I think console wars are pretty asinine anyway, but to me it is blatant that Sony and Microsoft have taken Nintendo's ideas and given them a new name.

i.e. Miis -- Avatars, Motion Controls -- Natal / Move

(Granted Nintendo isn't innocent in copying anyone)

It doesn't affect me, and I'm not irate or discouraged. I just find it somewhat comical that "hardcore" gamers (another term for which I abhor) are now jumping ship just because it's being published by another company.
