It's a Wii game, at the most it'll likely cost maybe 10 million (the average Wii game is like 5 million, while the average HD game is around 15 million I'm saying 10 million because it's a fairly big game and SE isn't shy with throwing a lot of money in a game, especially DQ), so putting the game on the PS3 would just guarantee more money for SE, it's not going to cost a whole lot more and even if the PS3 version sells only 1 million (which should be easily done in just Japan) that's still guaranteeing SE some more money.
