Yea it's all going to depend on the game. You can go from like 600 megs from a game like Half-Life to 15gigs from a game like Empire: Total War.

Napoleon Total War is up to 17GB, but you also have to consider demos being downloaded

Is the Napoleon demo any good? I mean, it'll probably be like other Total War demos and only have the battle tutorials. However, I remember the Empire demo running so slow and missing things (like sound effects) that it wasn't worth the download.

I don't think there is any demo, but the overall game is good, but it is what Empire should have been last year
