Still, GC level graphics won't be that bad for a small screen. For something that small, you don't have as much of a need for high-res textures and high-poly models. Why would Nintendo pump up their specs when this gen made it clear that doesn't sell a system and just jacks up the price? And running GC specs on a resolution about the DS or higher would mean the GC level specs would look even better.
As for "full 3D" I hope you mean not have a polygon cap, which I understand. If you mean 3D viewing, that's just asking for headaches.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
