Agreed. Other than Mass Effect 2, every WRPG this generation has had some pretty significant flaws. Surprisingly enough, I think Fallout 3 may be the second-best WRPG so far this gen. Compared to the WRPG heyday of 2003-2005, there haven't been a lot of really impressive offerings, though there have been several very good games.
