They may not be imitating Blu-Ray or Six Axis, but just because Move LOOKS like the Wii Mote doesn't mean it's using their Tech.  Nor does it mean it's a rip off, they just took their design idea and that has nothing to do with Tech.

In the end, it's the principal.

Well those right there are meant to be rip-offs.  Trust me, I've already read about those and seen videos from reviewers (funny reviewers like Ashens, that review stuff like the Vii and Polystation stuff, lol).
