I think a Wii replacement in 2012 is about right, it gives Nintendo a chance to take in what happens with Move and Natal and they would almost certainly 1st to market with next gen. At the very least I expect Nintendo to be ready for a 2012 launch if they feel they need to and push back another year if they don't.
