Only thing is I am not so sure that will be particularly easy... and I certainly don't think it can be as fast to point as something like Wii Play. It's different tech.
The Wii remote has a camera in it that tracks the 2 points (3 or 5 LEDs at each point) of IR light on the "sensor" bar. It can tell where you are pointing with minimal motion sensing input needed.... all it needs is the accelerometer to help determine if you move Wii remote vertical position (not tilt... position) as well as to periodically check that you are holding it the right way up (if you are on the Wii menu, and you point away, then turn the remote over and point back sometimes the hand will be the wrong way up)
The Move controllers need to use the accellerometers (with help from the PSeye) all the time to determine which way they are pointing, which while thay are accurate, are not as fast as the IR camera.

The Move is better suited to gesture based things because it can track the ball of light useing the PSeye, which means it can do the same stuff as Wii remote & motion+ except less calibration.... however I don't think it can perform as a pointer as responsively as the Wii remote can. (for menus and such it's fine of course)
