Lets take the rundown here:
Fewer Buttons - I like how he suggests the Wiimote might be too daunting for new players because it has more buttons. That's just funny. Also, the Move just moves most buttons from the Wiimote to the Nunchuck.
No waisted batteries - Same benefit of anyone who uses a recharge station or rechargable batteries. With the added benefit that if youf Wiimote dies, you can swap out batteries instead of waiting for the controller itself to recharge
Smarter Controller - Well here's the big one. And while some of the problems he pointed out in the Wii mote have been addressed by the M+, we still are looking at a fairly improved controller. Of course, this many years after the original, we should expect nothing less (and maybe something more)
No Wire - True. And that is better. A little, I guess. But did we really need that pointed out?
The Coloured ball - We definitely didn't need someone to point that out to us, but I certainly hadn't thought about this being a positive because it gives the move a visual trademark... I'd have to say this one is a big old neutral, an irrelevancy, a non point, a yadda yadda etc.
No motion in the Nunchuck - So now less motion is a good thing!? While I concur that two Move's would be better than a Wiimote and Nunchuck, that's not really a hardware problem because the Wii can do that too. I myself have often been vocal about the need for devs to make some dual wiimote weilding games (specifically with M+, where's my First person boxing simulator!) So I would say this is more a benefit of usage trend than one of hardware. Though it does make sony's nunchuck inferior if you'd like a joystick and motion in the same hand.
More effective Z plane detection - Yeah, that's a benefit. Though one to be expected coming out years after your inspiration.
I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.
