1. You don't really need to use an SD card unless you plan on buying a ton of VC/ Wiiware stuff.
2. They're all good, but in order of quality I would say Brawl, then NSMB Wii, then Galaxy. Though if you're not into multiplayer as much, I'd go with Galaxy.
3. Definitely the Wiimote/ Nunchuck combo. Also, the classic controller pro is coming out soon in the US so I'd try to grab one of those too.
